The Zoning Hearing Board is a five (5) member board appointed by the Township Supervisors to hear appeals from the provisions of the Township Zoning Ordinance which has recently been updated. The Zoning Hearing Board is authorized to consider  variances and special exceptions to land use regulations where literal enforcement results in an unnecessary hardship.
