Reporting Streetlight Outages
Our police officers on the night shift do their best to find and report streetlight problems for the residents, but the Township asks that residents help by calling in streetlight problems when they arise. Because residents know the exact issue and the specific location – and they have to provide the electric company with the same information they would have to give the Township if the Township was to report it – it is much quicker and efficient to contact the electric company directly. In cases where residents are physically unable to find the pole number, however, the Township would be glad to assist.
