Schools
West Deer Township – along with Frazer and East Deer Township – is part of the Deer Lakes School District. With West Deer comprising over 80% of both the District’s population, area, and student body, the Township houses all Deer Lakes’ four schools and provides most of the services to the District.
The Township enjoys a good working relationship with the School District, and shares services and materials when necessary.
