Deer Creek Interconnect & Associated Pipeline

On July 25, 2023, the Board of Supervisors of the Township of West Deer commenced a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. at Saint Victor Church - Our Lady of the Lakes Parish located at 531 Bairdford Road, Bairdford, PA 15006, to consider an application for conditional use approval for the Deer Creek Interconnect & Associated Pipeline filed by the Applicant, Hyperion Midstream, LLC, for the property identified in the Application as 4389 Gibsonia Road and identified in the Allegheny County Office of Property Assessments as Block and Lot No. 1508-P-00172. The subject property is located in the SU-Special Use Zoning District of the Township.

The hearing resumed on July 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Saint Victor Church - Our Lady of the Lakes Parish located at 531 Bairdford Road, Bairdford, PA 15006. The hearing concluded on July 26, 2023. All proposed Findings of Fact from the Applicant and any objector are due to the Township by August 23, 2023. The Township's Board of Supervisors has 45 days from July 26, 2023 to issue a decision unless an extension is granted by the Applicant.
