Tyche Well Pad & Associated Pipeline
On November 9, 2023, the Board of Supervisors of the Township of West Deer commenced a public hearing at West Deer VFC #1 located at 1520 Saxonburg Blvd., Tarentum, PA 15084, to consider an application for conditional use approval for Gas and Oil Production and Associated Pipelines filed by the Applicant, Olympus Energy, LLC, for the property identified in the Application as 201 Bairdford Road (Block and Lot No. 1835-G-216). The applicant proposes to construct a well pad for operation of a Deep Well at the subject property.
The hearing resumed and concluded on November 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at West Deer VFC #1 located at 1520 Saxonburg Blvd., Tarentum, PA 15084. A copy of the application and related materials may be examined without charge (or copies obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof to the Township) at the West Deer Township Office, 109 East Union Road, Cheswick, PA 15024, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
